MicroLyte VET quickly becoming a standard part of veterinary wound management.
When the veterinary co-founders of Imbed Biosciences started working on a new solution to many problems in wound management, they had a vision to create something that would become widely used by their colleagues.
That vision is now quickly becoming a reality. During the recent (2019/2020) wildfire season in California, MicroLyte VET was used extensively to treat burn patients.

Partly due to the prevalence of wildfires in California, the state’s Veterinary Medical Association has a group called the California Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps (CAVMRC). The group organizes and provides resources to deploy voluntary veterinary care across the state.
Dr. Grant Miller, State Coordinator for the CAVMRC said, “The California Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps, as part of its standard burn treatment protocol for all species, utilizes bandages and wound dressings with silver technology whenever possible. These include Microlyte VET.”
