Microlyte Case Submission
Imbed would love to hear about exciting uses of Microlyte® Matrix in your hospital or clinic. By sharing your cases, you will help expand the knowledge base around Microlyte® Matrix and help improve the quality of care available all across the US. If you are interested in turning your case or case series into a conference presentation, please let us know in the form below. In some cases, Imbed may be able to provide support in the form of an educational grant.
Protected Health Information (PHI)
When submitting your cases please ensure that all Protected Health Information (PHI) has been removed from photos. PHI includes all individually identifiable health information, including demographic data, medical histories, test results, insurance information, and other information used to identify a patient or provide healthcare services or healthcare coverage.
